Climate Change Convention/Bio-Diversity Workshop

Biodiversity disruptions as a result of unsustainable human activities triggers climate change, which has adverse effects on plants, aquatic life, animals and humans. Hence, there is a need for awareness on the negative impacts of human activities on biodiversity, and dialogues with major stakeholders to proffer sustainable solutions for carrying out human activities without exploiting or damaging biodiversity.  Against this background, the Regional Centre of Expertise (RCE) Ogun is organising its 2nd Climate Change Convention with the theme: Climate Change and Biodiversity Conservation for Sustainable Development in Ogun State. The event is scheduled to take place on the 11th of February 2021 at the Covenant University Centre for Research Innovation and Development (CUCRID) by 9:00am
